Absolutely nothing! The CCR will take care of every aspect of running livestock on your place. The only thing we ask from our land owning partners is that we have unrestricted access to our cows (this prevents a lot of problems).

In the state of Texas you can qualify for a "Wildlife Management Tax Exemption" which means that instead of having to participate in an agricultural practice to maintain your exemption, like running cattle, you can implement a Wildlife Management approach. It's all based on what we are doing to your property. Generally, our prices are based on a annual cost since Texas Parks and Wildlife requires annual management reports and plans. We look at each property on a case by case basis and determine what needs to be done.
